Today, 9641 Norfolk Avenue is a trendy, updated building of 24 individually owned studio and one bedroom condominiums nestled in the popular Pinewell neighborhood of Norfolk in the Ocean View suburb. Across the street is the Ocean View Golf Course and the beautiful beach on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay.  The building dates back to the time of a penny stamp, a time when Ocean View was its own town instead of part of the City of Norfolk, and a time when the building was part of a grande old hotel. The Hotel Pine Crest in Ocean View, Virginia dated back to the 1940s.  Our unit owners associations is incorporated under the name Ocean Pines Unit Owners Association in deference to our roots with our sister building, the bygone hotel.
